How to Sign In to the PBCi Support Desk Portal
To access your profile on the PBCi Support Desk portal, follow these steps:
1. Visit http://support.pbciusa.com.
2. Click the SIGN IN button on the top right of the portal.
3. Enter the email address and password provided to your organization. (If you have difficulty signing in, refer to the help article, "How to Reset a PBCi Support Desk Password" for instructions.)
