How to Reset a PBCi Support Desk Password
To reset your PBCi Support Desk password, follow these steps:
1. Visit https://support.pbciusa.com. Click SIGN IN at the top right.

2. Click the 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?' link.

3. Enter the email address associated with your organization's profile. Click the "RESET MY PASSWORD' button.
